Who can order?

We provide mail order for people living in Canada who have prescriptions from doctors practicing in Canada.

Yes. We can mail prescriptions for members of your family. You can sign them up at any time. We will add the family member to your profile if they are a dependent, are on your benefits program, or if you are a caregiver. Once you Sign Up to create your own account, and have logged in, you’ll be able to add additional family members to your profile. Please note that consent may be required for non-dependent family members to honour their privacy.

Please note that if you are signing up a family member under your account, their information will only be accessible through your username and password.

If your spouse, partner or non-dependant family members would like access to their own private account, they may sign up using the standard Sign Up, form.

Yes. We can mail prescriptions to you or to the individual you are caring for. Complete the Sign Up form for MyRx Family Members. Please note that consent may be required for non-dependent family members to honour their privacy.

Like any accredited pharmacy, we will set up a personal record for you that will be used to help us provide you with appropriate counselling and support in order to properly manage all your medication needs with us. We need certain information about you in order to communicate with you, send prescriptions, provide appropriate counselling and check insurance coverage.

Rest assured all your personal and medical information will be guarded for privacy, and will only be used for your prescription needs and the MyRx Services you choose to receive.

Changes require a new prescription, which the doctor can forward to us. Talk to one of our pharmacists and we’ll ensure that your new medication is clearly labeled and all changes are recorded in your personal record.

What can I order?

Mail order makes sense for medications that you take on a daily basis (like the pill), or an ongoing basis for a chronic condition such as diabetes, arthritis, asthma or high blood pressure, to name just a few.

Home delivery also provides convenience and confidentiality for prescriptions where privacy and discretion may be important to you.

If you are looking to fill a prescription for antibiotics or narcotics, your community pharmacy would be a good choice for a prescription you need immediately. We do not mail narcotics.

Yes. Just ask us and we’ll let you know if we can send your favorite supplements and over-the-counter meds with your prescription services!

Please note a minimum quantity and delivery charge may apply.

How can I pay for my order?

If you have insurance coverage, our Team can help determine how much of your prescription is covered, and advise you of your co-pay amount.

HealthConnect Pharmacy accepts all major credit cards.

What is your return policy?

By law, no medications that have been taken out of the pharmacy can be returned for resale. Please ensure, before ordering, that you have the correct medications as we do not refund medications. If you have any questions on how to use your prescription, call or email us and we’d be pleased to help.

Ordering Medications Online

For anyone who is considering  ordering from an online or mail order pharmacy, here are some tips:

  • Don’t buy prescription medication from a pharmacy that does not require a prescription from a Canadian doctor
  • Don’t buy if there’s no direct phone number or no offer of counseling with a licensed Canadian pharmacist
  • Look for the pharmacy’s accreditation number and a physical street address on the website
  • Look for the pharmacist’s name and check the provincial pharmacy website to ensure the pharmacist and pharmacy are registered (New Brunswick Pharmaceutical Society is the licensing body in New Brunswick)
  • Ask your doctor for recommendations
