Yes. We can mail prescriptions for members of your family. You can sign them up at any time. We will add the family member to your profile if they are a dependent, are on your benefits program, or if you are a caregiver. Once you Sign Up to create your own account, and have logged in, you’ll be able to add additional family members to your profile. Please note that consent may be required for non-dependent family members to honour their privacy.
Please note that if you are signing up a family member under your account, their information will only be accessible through your username and password.
If your spouse, partner or non-dependant family members would like access to their own private account, they may sign up using the standard Sign Up, form.
Yes. We can mail prescriptions to you or to the individual you are caring for. Complete the Sign Up form for MyRx Family Members. Please note that consent may be required for non-dependent family members to honour their privacy.
Like any accredited pharmacy, we will set up a personal record for you that will be used to help us provide you with appropriate counselling and support in order to properly manage all your medication needs with us. We need certain information about you in order to communicate with you, send prescriptions, provide appropriate counselling and check insurance coverage.
Rest assured all your personal and medical information will be guarded for privacy, and will only be used for your prescription needs and the MyRx Services you choose to receive.
Changes require a new prescription, which the doctor can forward to us. Talk to one of our pharmacists and we’ll ensure that your new medication is clearly labeled and all changes are recorded in your personal record.

If you are looking to fill a prescription for antibiotics or narcotics, your community pharmacy would be a good choice for a prescription you need immediately. We do not mail narcotics.
